Following the motto 'everything from one source' a team of around 25 employees offer an excellent customer service. Our qualified hotline team are at your disposal world-wide. Spare part orders received until 4 p.m. and orders designated as „urgent“ leave our works the same day.
In order to give the "helpline" an additional remedy for a quick error localisation the majority of our machines is already fitted with a modem which should permit the service team to either establish a connection with the machine or with the production-guiding PC.
Regular maintenance increases the machine’s availability and permits a long-term stability of value. On request we will also carry out machine inspections on customer’s site upon which he will receive an explicit report with our recommended measures.
